African Lynx Travel Booking Terms & Conditions

These terms are clear and straightforward, ensuring you understand exactly how African Lynx Travel manages your booking.
Deposits & Payments
To confirm and secure your travel arrangements, the following payment schedule applies:

| Upon confirmation of booking | 30% Deposit of total invoice value |
| 30 days or more before travel commences | 70% Remaining balance |
Note: Travel is considered to commence on the first day that African Lynx services are required.
Cancellation Policy
You are liable for cancellation penalties immediately upon confirmation of our services. Should cancellation be required, the following forfeiture schedule will be enforced.

| 30 days or less before travel commences | Forfeit 100% of total invoice amount |
These penalties apply to all cancellations regardless of the reason. This includes circumstances beyond your control, such as airline delays, missed connections, or any other reason you cannot join the trip.
Travel Insurance Requirement
Because of our strict cancellation penalties, all clients are advised to maintain comprehensive travel insurance. Your policy should cover emergencies, medical expenses, and trip cancellations.
Deposit Security (Our Guarantee)
African Lynx Travel takes great care to protect your investment. All deposits for future bookings are “ring-fenced” and held in a separate call bank account. We never mix these funds with our company’s operating funds, and we hold them securely until your travel date.
Payment Processing Information
African Lynx does not collect and/or store any payment information (e.g., credit/debit card numbers, CVV/CVC numbers or banking details). Our preferred payment platform, Turnstay, handles all credit card payments. The legal entities of the companies that handle these transactions are detailed below.
